The next step, is to complete your NoIM online - this may need to be done TODAY - [todaysdate format="jS F Y"]!

You must;

1. Complete your Notice of Intended Marriage form online at https://simpleceremonies.com.au/noim-online/
2. Have it witnessed by an Authorised Person and
3. Upload back to us at least one calendar month prior to your ceremony date.

It is a condition of your booking that use this website to complete your NoIM online for ease and accuracy online. (with hints and tips along the way.)

If you have already completed a NoIM , and had it signed and witnessed, you can email that on in. However, you will also need to  complete it online - so we can upload your details straight in to the government system. (although, you will not have to have the new NoIM resigned and witnessed, again).

Once you have completed the NoIM on-line, you then need to;

1. Sign the NoIM in front of an Authorised Person.  Only you or your partner need to do this at this stage. (The other party can sign the NoIM on the day of the ceremony in front of the celebrant)

2. Have the Authorised Person witness your signature(s).

3. Email the NoIM together with copies of your;

• passport OR
• birth certificate AND driver's license back
• and, if applicable divorce/death Certificate (and if required translations to english)
