The Royal Botanic Garden is Sydney's most iconic wedding location. Set against the stunning backdrop of Sydney Harbour and the city skyline is an oasis of vibrant specialty gardens, lush lawns, heritage buildings and romantic pavilions – perfect for wedding ceremonies, receptions and photography.
Guest Numbers:
You can have up to 20 people (the 2 of you and 18 guests) at your ceremony. Excludes children under 6 years old.
For an additional fee of $75 this number can be increased to 100+ in total.

Please aim to arrive 15 minutes prior to your ceremony (along with your guests) to ensure you are in the right location and ready to go at your scheduled time.
Royal Botanical Gardens is located in the heart of Sydney so easily accessible by car, ferry or bus. However, depending on the location, within the gardens, is only accessible on foot and may take some time to walk to the exact location. Allow 15-20 minutes to access the specific location by foot.

1. We understand that confetti of any sort, including natural materials, such as flower petals are not permitted at this location.
2. We understand it is our responsibility to secure the location prior to booking with Simple Ceremonies. We understand that we must book this location with the venue and make any payments required.
