Thank your for completing your Notice of Completed Marriage. Until you receive confirmation from Simple Ceremonies your Notice has not been lodge.

If you have completed your Notice of Intended Marriage and signed it online (with your witnesses) and then submitted it, you should hear from us shortly confirming your LODGEMENT.

If you have completed your Notice of Intended Marriage and still need to sign it, you need to down load the form, sign it and then have your signature witnessed. Once you have done this you will need to email me a copy and then bring the original with you on the day of your ceremony.
