hy Pokolbin Rest Area?
You and your guests will be met with an elevated picturesque view of the vineyards that are nestled across the valley. You will find yourself married under a couple of beautiful large trees with the valley as your backdrop.
You'll find many great spots to have photos taken together. No matter what time of the year you wed here, the Hunter Valley welcomes you and your guests.
Why not take advantage of being centrally located in the Hunter Valley and visit some vineyards or restaurant located only minutes away. Ben Ean (formally Lindemans) is a stone throw away from this site.
Not far from here you will find another beautiful vineyard down the De Beyers Road, Audrey Wilsinson's. Here they have a large range of wines for everyone and you can even have a picnic amongst the vines - also, we cant forget to mention more MAGNIFICENT photo opportunities of the nuptials here too!
You can have up to 20 people (the 2 of you and 18 guests) at your ceremony.

Rain. Now it doesn't happen often, but when it does we can find some shelter in one of the small shelter but brolleys are so romantic.

Access via De Beyers Road, to the left as you turn off McDonalds Road, Pokolbin.
Pokolbin is about a 2.5 hour drive north of Sydney up Highway 1.
Parking spots available as you get to the top of the drive way. You will find us patiently waiting under the trees overlooking the Vineyards. Disabled parking is available.

Cessnock Council does not allow the throwing of rice, confetti, glitters, sprays, poppers or streamers. Instead you are encouraged to use more natural alternatives such as petals and/or bubbles. All petals must be removed after the ceremony. Synthetic petals are prohibited.
